Description
Air-drying type long oil alkyd resin based.
Use
As the intermediate coat used between the alkyd resin based primer and enamel. Suitable for primed metallic and wooden surfaces

Application data
· Application method: brush, roller or spray
· Thinner : Alkyd Thinner TP1100
· Thinning ratio : ready for use. If thinning is necessary, not more than 10% by weight.
· Spreading rate : 8~10m2/l/coat
· Dry film thickness : 35mm/coat
· Drying time: Touch dry : 1 hour at 300C
Hard dry : 4 hours at 300C
· Overcoating interval: Min 10 hours
Painting specification
Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and foreign matters before coating. If necessary, prepare by sanding to establish a smooth clean surface.
· Primer: 1 coat Red Oxide primer
· Topcoat: 1 or 2 coats Alkyd Enamel
